Purvottanasana

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a sequence of postures that remain the same no matter where in the world you practice. Each posture is guided by breath to give the mind a focal point, which reduces noise outside the self. Over time, you’ll develop the skill of non-reactive observation by turning your attention inward.

Natarajasana

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dance between hard and soft, strength and flexibility, and exertion and surrender. This dynamic, rhythmic, and contemporary style of yoga is set to a playlist that crests and falls in tandem with the class’s intensity. Prepare to sweat while you flow through a new experience each session.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

Yin Yoga

Yin is all about finding comfort in being uncomfortable. Postures are held for 2-5 minutes with the intention of stimulating deep release. This passive style of yoga requires minimal muscle engagement since most of the class is done from a seated or supine position. Get comfy, relax, and let yourself surrender.
